ESTATES MAINTENANCE MANAGER Reporting to the Estates Manager, key responsibilities of this role include managing/giving technical assistance to all Estates Operatives and Contractors, predominantly mechanical and electrical, to maintain and develop site-wide services and carrying out condition surveys on buildings plant. A full list of key responsibilities can be found in the job description


You will have proven management experience, both of buildings/facilities, as well as of skilled and semi-skilled staff. Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and related compliance regulations is essential. 


The role is 40 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
