Interaction are currently working with a reputable Norwich based company who, due to business expansion are looking to secure an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining a friendly team of 6, in modern open plan offices working alongside the Finance Manager to maintain the accounts function. Duties of the role will include: - Purchase ledger maintenance - Raising sales invoices - Bank reconciliations - Credit control - Dealing with invoice queries - Processing payment runs - Assisting with month end account preparation - Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts processes Previous varied accounts experience is essential including purchase ledger, credit control and reconciliations. Payroll experience would be also be desirable but is not essential. Previous experience of accounting software and good Excel skills are essential (use of pivot tables and vlookups an advantage).
