We have a great opportunity for a PA, with experience of working 1:1 at Director level. This is a challenging and fulfilling position where you will be able to be involved in all aspects of the running of the Executive Office, working to your strengths of organisation, administration, and secretarial support. Our client is a traditional company, steeped in history and with an excellent reputation.The CEO is esteemed in his field of expertise, and is looking for a PA to support him in the day to day running of the office and his engagements. In place are a committed team who each contribute to the success of the company.Everyone is passionate about what they do, and have a wholehearted interest and approach to their work.This is a place where everyone loves what they do and their surroundings, and being part of the team here is much more than "just" a job On a day to basis your role will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.You will be the first point of contact for his visitors and incoming calls.You will manage his diary and travel arrangements, manage his correspondence and organise minutes and agendas for meetings.You will be asked to take minutes in some meetings, as well as take dictation on occasion. You will provide a warm welcome to guests, visitors and members of the team, while allowing the CEO to keep to his schedule.You will liaise with the Board, and respond to requests from the team where appropriate. The role will use your strong communication skills, organisation and experience.You will be a steady pair of hands in a busy and dynamic environment.This will be a very busy role, with challenges and reward.The ideal candidate will have a background in Personal Assistant or Private Secretary positions.You will be discreet and professional. We are looking for someone energetic, dynamic, helpful, hands on, willing and able to get stuck in to many varied and sometimes unexpected tasks Based about 10 minutes from Hertford town centre, the Office are smart and provide a comfortable working environment.There is plenty of parkingThe salary for this role will be from £30,000 to £34,000 per annum, depending upon your experience.
