The role in hand is for a Senior Craftsman / Maintenance Engineer. On a day to day basis you will be the front-line support to ensure smooth operations of a range of production and research equipment. Any breakdowns that occur are corrected and documented so this is an engineering team that constantly learns. You'll get to know the machines and their usages, potential quirks alongside your peer groups. Approx a team of 5 x Engineers on any shift. The goals are the best in standards of GMP and ongoing development of this. On a daily basis you would be exercising both mechanical and electrical skills but due to team needs, an electrically bias candidate is preferred. This position operates on a double day shift basis of Monday - Friday with an early finish on Fridays yes you have read that right - EARLY finish on Fridays Salary is 39k (Inclusive of Shift Allowance) plus an excellent flexible benefits package (ask for more details).
