Longstaffs are delighted to offer a full time and permanent position within the Residential Lettings and Property Management department based principally at the expanding Bourne branch.
Office based work will include dealing with enquiries, existing Tenants and clients, in addition to undertaking viewings and routine inspections out of the office. Good IT skills are required and training will be provided for the use of specialist software.
Experience in Lettings is preferable, but is not essential as training will be provided. Enthusiasm, attention to detail and good customer service skills are essential.
A full Driving licence is required and an applicant must have their own transport (for infrequent business use).
