We need someone with excellent office skills who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Trust’s office. This will include general administration, financial record keeping, updating information on the Trust’s website and acting as secretary to Board meetings, including taking minutes.
We are looking for someone with good literacy, numeracy and computer skills, who is experienced in dealing with enquiries either by telephone, email or in person. This is an interesting and varied post, working as part of a small team looking after the properties of the Preservation Trust. An interest in historic buildings would be an advantage.
We are offering a salary of £10,000 pa (c.£12 per hour).
Normal office hours are 9.00- 13.00 Monday to Thursday.
Holidays – 20 days per annum pro rata plus public holidays.
The post is based in the Trust’s office in Thoresby College. Free parking is available.
