Property Auditor

My client is seeking a Property Auditor to join their team on a permanent full time basis. Working alongside the Property Audit Manager and Senior Property Auditor to review, analyse and interpret legal documentation, as well as identifying risk and liability which must be recorded with accuracy. Your role will then be to take any relevant action required, in order to mitigate and resolve the risks identified. The successful candidate must have previous experience within commercial property, with conveyancing principle knowledge or associated legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Property Audit Team Manager and Senior Property Auditor to review, analyse and interpret legal property documents Record identified risks and take action as required, to mitigate and resolve To ensure the smooth and compliant management of property files, ensuring accurate data inputting To maintain and develop relationships with internal and external customers, including property tenants, solicitors, lenders, surveyors, investors and financial advisors Deliver a high level of quality, accuracy and consistency in the review of each property file, working successfully to project targets and deadlines Understand and adhere to internal risk controls, data protection, money laundering, regulations and company procedures To consistently promote and adhere to treating all customers fairly Experience Required: A desirable candidate would hold a professional qualification such as a Paralegal, Licenced Conveyancer or Financial Planner (level 1) 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades A-C to include English & Maths Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written Good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines, whilst remaining calm under pressure Ability to understand the needs of the customers and be able to focus on the customer outcome
