Senior .Net Developer

D&A recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior .Net Developer to join an exciting business based just outside of Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications. You will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers, and business resources to build enterprise systems. One of your key skills will be fault finding and technical challenges. Essential Skills and Experience .Net frameworks 4.5 and .NET solutions (minimum of five years recent relevant experience) C# (minimum of three years relevant experience) HTML5 and CSS3 (LESS/SASS ideally) (minimum of three years' experience) Javascript (and associated libraries) - experience of developing custom workflows, plugins (minimum of three years' experience) Responsive web design techniques Database design and usage Visual Studio 2015 or higher Source control Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) Experience with multiple application developments Ability to develop APIs for use by external parties and web pages Umbraco v.7/8 The Individual Candidate be able to programme both front and back end, although back end is more important should be a self-motivated, independent Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Calm, confident and conscientious Organised approach to work Attention to detail is a must Work to deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards Fantastic coding standards and a good all rounder Excellent verbal and written communication Analytical and methodical thought process Instinct for problem solving and suggesting improvements Ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload Strong influencing, negotiating and relationship management The Company This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking company who actively encourage career development.
