Childrens Registered manager

Are you an experienced childrens registered manager who is seeking a new and exciting challenge? You would be working for a specialist care provider who offers residential care, and education for children and young people who have complex needs and emotional behavioural difficulties. The organisation provides therapeutic care which is supported by a specialist support team. The 4 bedded home is a new service for 6- 18 years in the NG32 area of Lincolnshire. A salary of up to £40K plus benefits is being offered depending on experience and outcomes. We are looking for an experienced childrens registered manager who is adventurous, passionate about the outdoors and positively engages young people and wants to work closely with homes and services to improve outcomes for children in care. The manager must be able to use their own initiative, lead a team to greatness and use their skills to move a service forward. You will be given the freedom over referrals and have a supportive management team that continues to develop year by year. Responsibilities: The running, operation and management of an established four bedded residential service for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Providing support guidance and supervision to a ream of residential support workers. Ensuring that there is continual quality improvements to achieve and maintain an Ofsted rating for Good or Outstanding which are already in place Providing a positive role model for the staff team offering leadership, guidance and management. Ensuring that the homes policies and procedures are adhered to and resources are managed effectively. Requirements: Can motivate and lead your team NVQ Level 3 Children's Workforce/Residential Childcare or equivalent. NVQ Level 5 Residential Management or equivalent. A minimum of two years supervisory experience within residential childcare or equivalent. A minimum of three of the last five years working within residential childcare or equivalent. Hold a full manual UK driving licence.
