Field Base Account Manager SOUTH EAST

Field Based Account Manager - South East and London Working as a Field Account Manager, you'll be a vital link between the company and its top key clients, and will help deliver a proactive approach to customer service and sales. The Field Account manager will effectively manage designated independent automotive dealerships, develop relationships, hold quarterly meetings by attending client's sites, some upsell opportunities from existing clients, and actively support the customer services team in retention and dealer engagement. The Field Account Manager will work with other key areas of the business ensuring all upsell opportunities are captured and customer relationships are effectively managed, customer plans are developed minimising cancellation risks across accounts and all revenue growth/upsell opportunities are maximised. • Fantastic holiday entitlement: 24 Days plus Bank Holidays We are looking for a field account manager with proven experience and/or familiarity with different sales techniques, customer services and account management. You will be a strong communicator, with great negotiation and interpersonal skills. Skills of evaluating customer's needs and maintaining and building productive relationships. The field account manager will report to the Customer Service's Manager and will be an integral part of the customer service's team building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations from a field account manager/sales background. The position is to take ownership of top accounts to provide a service in terms of business account manage top account relationships. Ideally no more than 3 points on driving licence.
