Fleet Administrator

They are looking for a Fleet Administrator to support the Internal Client Account Managers and general administration duties. Your main duties will include Funding of new vehicles / refinancing older vehicles Arrange and Manage service bookings for Drivers as required Dealing with customer queries and requests Liaison with dealers and suppliers to aid the progression of vehicles on order Run monthly reports Arrange and manage service booking for drivers as required Continually focused on delivering excellent customer service You will have the below skills/experience: Strong Excel skills are essential A good telephone manner and be able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Highly Organised Able to work to timescales Is proactive in foreseeing problems before they arise. Can demonstrate a good level of communication skills both verbal and written. Can demonstrate a good level of numeracy. A good relationship builder Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
