Sales Executive

Company Snapshot: Small but growing team with huge expansion to the sales function Well established in the UK and international markets, serving Farmers all around the world Ongoing product development to contribute towards more sustainable farming The Role: Being the voice of the customer and working with them closely to understand their needs and market developments Nurturing and following up on inbound leads to onboard clients on to new solutions Delivering excellent customer service to uphold the strong reputation and company ethos that has been established Identifying risk accounts and working closely with these clients to ensure they get the most out of all solutions Converting pre-established leads into long term sustainable relationships and offering continuous account management Training, coaching and demoing technology tools to prospective customers and developing sound product expertise About You: Sales/business development background in the agriculture/agritech market Strong academic background and confident selling technology solutions Excellent communication skills and experience selling directly to Farmers The Package: Basic salary to £30,000 Commission up to 100% of base salary Generous time off and ongoing social events If this isn't quite right, we are recruiting for plenty of other sales, account management and customer success opportunities across the East of England.
