We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working within a fast paced environment. Working within a friendly team, this role will require somebody who is personable, proactive and self-motivated. Monday - Friday Responsibilities Include: Welcoming visitors on site, or over the telephone in a professional and courteous manner Answering calls efficiently with the ability to take messages promptly, when required Manage visitors whereabouts and needs at all times Designated key holder for opening and closing the premises Reporting issues of importance to the appropriate team member Maintaining security by following company rules and regulations Handling personal information with discretion and importance Updating staff in terms of meeting rooms, pool cars and facilities Responsible for logging all post accurately and within set time frames Ensure all office supplies are well stocked, and re-ordered when required Experience Required: Previous reception or customer service experience Friendly and approachable manner Professional and a team player Ability to work on your own initiative Great communication and organisation skills
