An exciting opportunity has arisen working for a leading Housing Association for a Retirement Living Community Officer in the Nottingham/Derby area. My client is looking to fill three posts - one as a 20 hour contract, and two as a 30 hour contracts. Key Duties of a Retirement Living Community Officer: To provide improved wellbeing to residents through building management and delivery of outstanding customer services To carry out service reviews, monitoring of localised service contracts, health and safety and fire safety checks and ensure both compliance and achievement of consistently high service standards Initiate tenancy terminations and complete needs and risk assessments, sign ups and resident induction for all new residents; and support the promotion of vacant dwellings Hold regular scheme surgeries at required intervals and signpost individuals to other agencies / aids and adaptations as needed What you need to be a Retirement Living Community Officer: Experience of working within the health or social care sector or within a property management environment A motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills Thinks practically and logically and produces high quality work A full driving licence valid in the UK What you will get in return: Flexible working Excellent holiday starting from 26 days Healthcare cash plan Deals and discounts from high street stores If you are interested in this supported housing role as a Retirement Living Community Officer please click apply' now or call Hannah on (phone number removed)
