With an emphasis on making the customer happy, The Cotswold Co are a dedicated team at delivering the highest quality customer services and at this time of unprecedented growth, they are now embarking on a recruitment drive to majorly expand the Customer Services and Customer Experience team. This drive will incorporate team members across Pre-Sales, Sales & Customer Service, Post-Sales and Aftercare. This is a predominantly phone-based role but does include email and live chats, so you'll be fully competent on a PC, with the ability to multi task. As an individual , you'll be dedicated to providing above and beyond customer service and always be ready to go the extra mile for your customer. These roles would suit anyone who has worked in a customer facing environment (over the telephone or face to face) and could include retail, hospitality or previous contact centre environment. Tone of voice, the ability to build a rapport and empathy will be key to these roles. The business is open 7 days a week, so you will be full time, and will cover weekends and evenings on a rota basis, which the business is very fair and flexible on. With the current unprecedented times they have adapted their department to work remotely from home until a time they return to their beautiful head office in Norwich. They have adapted their practises to ensure you will receive high level training to bring you up to the fast-paced environment you'll be working in. They have a really friendly team who they are proud of for pulling together through this time. These roles may potentially (when government guidelines allow) be both office based and home working.
