A four star hotel located in Nottinghamshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position Role: A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a large hotel that has a multi-outlet dining operation with menus featuring classic British dishes made from fresh ingredients.This role will require the successful Chef de Partie to assist with the preparation of dishes for the modern Brasserie style restaurant which is a very popular dining venue with guests and local residents. Requirements: All chefs applying for this role should have experience working as a Chef de Partie in a similar property where you were cooking for large numbers daily. A chef who is capable of working well under pressure in a busy hotel kitchen when working with all fresh food is required.
