Commercial Account Handler Newmarket The client- Recruital are excited to be working with our new commercial insurance client in Newmarket, Suffolk to source a Commercial Account Handler. Our client is a commercial insurance brokerage and underwriting business that provides highly personalised insurance advice and protection to their clients and brokers. They are committed to professionalism and raising standards across the insurance industry. They encourage and support our people with their professional development through the Chartered Insurance Institute and actively work alongside BIBA (the British Insurance Broker's Association). The Commercial Account Handler will be based at the client's offices in Newmarket, and currently has some scope for working remotely. The offices are well positioned with ample parking for all staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Insurance and have completed or be working towards their Cert CII. The candidate should be organised and self-sufficient, with great communication skills. Responsibilities- To provide a high level of customer service to the SME clients at all times in writing, over the telephone and face to face To manage all renewal, new and mid-term work as required To keep electronic files up to date, in order and all work tasked/diaried To take on extra responsibilities from time to time as required by the business Skills and Experience- have at least 3 years Commercial Insurance experience working knowledge of Acturis have or be working towards their Cert CII Personal Characteristic- attention to detail for diary management great communication skills great team work ethic Offering- Competitive salary of up to £26,500 Please APPLY NOW for further info
