HR Advisor- Full Time Salary negotiable depending on experience. Our client is a nationally recognised organisation and have an outstanding local reputation for a quality and great service. They are passionate about what they do and are recognised in their sector. What we're looking for: This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to perform a great HR Advisor role. You will have a firm understanding of HR principles and enjoy being part of a of a national team. CIPD Level 5 or working towards your level 5 is desired. Key responsibilities will include: Owning and developing the people agenda to support the ever changing dynamic and driving specific strategic projects Support your key stakeholders to help develop, coach and improve capability. Address day to day HR issues as they arise Support and work with the leadership team to support change Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management. You will currently be operating as a standalone or multi-site HR professional. Able to work across multiple sites within Norfolk as and when required. Initially the role is offered on a temporary to fixed term contract basis, fulltime hours, however this could lead to permanent employment.
