Business Sales Manager £30,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary per annum plus uncapped commission OTE £12,000 - £15,000 Essex/Norfolk/Cambridgeshire/Suffolk Permanent, full-time We are looking for outgoing and driven sales executives to be involved in an exciting opportunity in Cambridgeshire representing a Colchester based client. As an individual you must have a thirst for technology, IT and communications. You must be creative and have the drive and determination to help the company achieve its goals successfully. This is a dynamic, exciting environment to work within and will provide significant opportunities for the right people, with the right skills, to develop and grow with the company. To support our growth and maintaining our leading broadband network and services provider status in the area, we are looking for a talented and experienced Business Sales Manager. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Sales Manager will have direct responsibility for:
• Identify and approach new business opportunity
• Progress business and corporate leads to close new business
• Negotiate new contracts to maximise value and margins
• Produce presentations and customer proposals Ensure customer expectations are met by liaising and keeping customers appraised with installation progress In the case of bespoke services or installations, o ensuring such installations are correctly planned ensuring requirements understood between the Customer Service, Technical and Finance Team
• Work with the marketing team to develop marketing and sales approach
• Reporting on sales figures to Line Manager
• Identify additional value-added sales opportunities within existing customer base to include, telephony etc. to maximise customer value.
• Identify new home and building development opportunities Preferred Education & Experience:
• 2 years or more of telecommunications services sales experience or similar
• Networking and telephony sales experience such as leased lines and VOIP
• Knowledge of network
• Full, clean EU driving licence Benefits:
