Account Handler required to join a leading, very well respected insurance broker due to impressive growth. As a Commercial Account Hander your main task will be to manage a commercial book of renewal business. You will engage with clients from a wide range of trades and industry sectors ensuring policies are set up correctly. You will also be required to deal with any client queries over the telephone, liaise with underwriters, and carry out any mid term changes to the insurance cover as requested by the client. High levels of customer service are essential for this role, however you will also ideally be able to bring some previous experience operating within commercial general insurance. Any previous knowledge of commercial insurance products such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability and Commercial Fleet would be a distinct advantage. Its also important that you can operate efficiently within a small team with a flexible approach.
