Service Appointment Specialist Ipswich Full time or part time basis Marriott Motor Group are looking for a person to join our newly created Service Appointment Team in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join at very beginning to shape our new vision. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all customer appointments are generated ensuring that customers bespoke requirements are fulfilled, with realistic and achievable commitments. Key Tasks & Responsibilities include: Create customer bookings as required - Booking process to include review of previous VHC reports, service history and outstanding service actions to ensure all required is identified and incorporated during initial booking contact, ensuring ASF payment method offered where appropriate Ensuring all customer requirements have been understood, including consideration for alternative transport. Interact proficiently with a variety of online systems to provide the right solutions that meets the customers' needs Ensure all applicable customers are provided with an offer of a suitable service/maintenance funding plan. Ensuring that any service plans offered for customer consideration is recorded on booking documentation to enable Service Advisors to follow-up during pre-planning activities All 1link booking requests to be responded to within prescribed timescales and no booking requests to be declined unless approved by bookings team Supervisor/Aftersales Manager Ensure Highest level of customer satisfaction Ensure all customer records are accurately inputted and maintained observing GDPR guidelines. Previous experience in the service department desirable although full training will be provided.
