Responsibilities Include:
Working as part of a team the successful candidate will be, but not limited to co-ordinating diaries, manage queries, ensuring customers and internal teams are updated as to a projects progress and assist with and updating our internal Case & Project Management system

Key skills include:
  • Excellent communication skills, face to face, on the phone and in written communications
  • Ability to converse with clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of MS Office, although training will be given.
  • Good planning, organisation and personal time management skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach to work.
  • Training on the required aspects of Sage 200 and Internal Systems will be provided
