EMEA Brand Director - Oncology - Based Hertfordshire

Our client is seeking a diplomatic, proactive Brand Director to lead the strategic planning and tactical development / implementation of existing products and potential new product indications in Oncology. Requirements Ideally you will have marketing experience within the Oncology therapy area. Preferably experience of new product launches. Ideally experience of working across EMEA. Digital marketing experience and multichannel experience would be beneficial. UK and above country level experience will be considered. Role Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, tactical development, and implementation of the EMEA aspects of the assigned new product Indications & subsequent management as required. Achieve the EMEA budgeted sales and profit targets for the Oncology product and assigned new product indications with appropriate investment. Collaborate with the EMEA Oncology Marketing Lead in the management of key internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on cross functional team working. Prepare, present and gain support from Oncology teams and other key stakeholders for the EMEA strategic brand plan. Ensure that country brand plans are aligned with EMEA brand plans and monitor, interpret and act on KPI data including from CRM tool. In collaboration, develop & implement tactical plans (e.g. pan-EMEA marketing campaign, brand presence at congresses etc) to maximise assigned new indication sales potential. Build and maintain relationships with a broad base of internal and external customers, including assigned new indication therapy area KOLS and act as key point for internal and external product related marketing communications. Work with market access teams to secure rapid and unrestricted patient access to the product and assigned new indication across the Region. Work alongside brand communications to develop the PR plans both external and internal. Work with Government Affairs and Patient Advocacy teams to support optimal environment for the product and assigned new indications. Work with EMEA Business Intelligence on market research needs to identify trends, opportunities and threats for product group and propose corresponding measures.
