IT Service Desk Analyst

Attwood Perks is partnering with one of East Anglia's most prestigious businesses who are now looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst to their team in the heart of Norwich. As an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have demonstrable experience of providing solutions for both hardware and software issues. You will have an inquisitive mind and be an effective communicator. The day-to-day: IT troubleshooting requiring technical knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite including knowledge of installing and maintenance; Updating a ticket management system to maintain a detailed record of all faults and fixes; Managing both 1st Line and 2nd Line IT support queries quickly and effectively; Maintaining technical documentation to ensure client records are up to date; Receive and manage incoming requests for support, from local and remote sites; Work within the agreed SLA's for communication, escalation and response times; Escalate accordingly to the relevant teams; Deploy desktop hardware (pc, laptop, printers etc); What's in it for you?
