Inivos are looking for a HR Administrator to be play a key role in the Human Resource Team. At its core, Inivos is a specialist medical technology business developing, manufacturing, and supplying products and services to enable hospitals and healthcare facilities to reduce the risk of infection. What are we looking for in this position? The HR Administrator will be expected to become a key aid to the business, providing administrative support to the HR Manager, being involved in a wide variety of tasks. What will you do? Involved in managing HR across two sites Effectively managing and scheduling the diary requirements for the HR manager and rest of the team Working closely with the team to ensure all set tasks meet objectives and are scheduled appropriately Coordinating executive communications, taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with relevant stakeholders Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned to the business objectives Arranging and scheduling training programme and documentation Support in the preparation of meeting content in various forms to include documentation and presentations Maintain the document file structure for the department ensuring only relevant information is stored and accurately saved Adherence to the company QMS and external accreditations maintained What will you need to have and do? Always represent our Core Values: Excellence, Resourceful, Innovation, Understanding and Integrity Proven experience in a similar role is essential Any HR Qualifications: Degree, CIPD or other, would be desirable Experience within recruitment and interviewing would be beneficial Ability to see things through from development to completion Ability to approach challenges logically and deliver outcomes Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively maintain long-term relationships Excellent IT Skills including MS Office Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident and decisive in judgement A drive for time bound completion of tasks Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others to complete tasks Highly organised individual with a methodical working style Ability to manage and prioritise workload and time to meet strict deadlines Confidentiality in processing sensitive data Critical thinking and problem-solving skills A passionate interest in healthcare infrastructure and hospitals would be beneficial What will you get?
