Technical Project Coordinator

Technical Project Coordinator Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support their growing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a technical mind-set and will be happy supporting with day to day admin duties as well as more complex projects. Although this is an entry level position, you will have experience working with work managing tools such as Jira or confluence. Key Responsibilities You will ensure that current projects are on schedule Updating & maintaining office job schedules Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of project managers Filing, recording, and organizing documentation associated with work products. Be an active team player with a positive, can-do attitude Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time management and prioritization skills are a must. Capable of managing many tasks at one time Highly motivated and able to stick to deadlines Competent using Work management tools such as Jira and Confluence Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
