Implementation Consultant - Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an engaging, customer focussed Consultant to join iSAMS Implementation team. You will provide a consultative approach to delivering informative training and support on all aspects of the iSAMS school management software. You will be responsible for delivering Professional Services to new and existing customers, either on site, or remotely. A Consultant participates in every aspect of the Implementation and Training process, analysing customer's business requirements, facilitating implementations and delivering informative training, to ensure customers are fully able to utilise IRIS Software mission critical software. Please note, due to Covid19, this role will be based remotely and all meetings are currently taking place online. A varying amount of UK wide travel will be expected in this role when permitted; meeting clients onsite to understand requirements, including overnight stays. Some of the main accountabilities will include: Awareness of the prescribed IRIS Software installation & implementation methodology Execute new customer implementation plans? Train customer staff on IRIS Software products? Produce product training material for tutor led and self-learn approaches? Provide high level consulting, best practice advice and guidance on implementation and uses of IRIS Software? Channel post implementation support to appropriate colleagues? Carry out chargeable work to achieve company targets to include timely submission of accurate weekly time sheets? Mentor trainee consultants? Any other duties that may be required from time to time Take responsibility for allocated work from start to finish Executes implementation of system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards Ensure Communication is clear and concise to Project Managers, Consultants, Service Desk and Customers Ensure Implementations are carried out within the specified timescales Refine processes and documentation where necessary in line with new releases / new technologies and better ways of working Ensure all customer data is secure, encrypted and transferred in line with IRIS security requirements Develop new solutions for increased efficiency and security around any technical service offered Ensure all deliverables are future proof and supportable by other team members including the Service Desk What are we looking for? Previous Consultant experience Experience in the Education sector is strongly desirable Customer focussed with the ability to maintain strong relationships with our client base and colleagues A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative Presentable and confident when meeting and speaking in front of groups of people Excellent communication skills to explain clearly how our software works An imaginative approach to creating and delivering training courses A self starter, with the ability to quickly learn new skills First class organisational skills Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Advanced Excel is desirable Who are we?
