Warranty Prior Approval Team Leader

MSX International are currently recruiting for a Warranty Prior Approval Team Leader. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will join our Colchester based team and spend 50% of your time working from home. What will I be responsible for? Joining our team as a Warranty Prior Approval Team Leader with MSXI Global, you will provide essential customer support for one of our longstanding automotive partners - a leading global vehicle manufacturer. You will be given full training and ongoing support, helping you to establish yourself as a trusted technical expert within the extensive dealership network. You will manage your work predominantly via electronic contact method and email. Working with the dealer network, you will review multiple customer warranty claims and record your findings in our bespoke tracking tools. The main purpose of the Team Leader role is to provide support to the Prior Approval team and other connected contacts coordinating with the Project Manager to maintain a smooth-running project operation. You will also be responsible for: As a Prior-approval Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical information and recommendations to the Dealership network for Customer vehicles Group supervision responsibility for the Prior-approval Helpdesk team Write and circulate data to other Helpdesk Engineers, Project Management, Customer contacts and Customer Dealer staff when necessary To offer technical and warranty support for VCH reports to the Prior Approval Team To identify group training, product technical information, equipment needs and co-ordinate with the Project Manager to deliver To action escalated cases including written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts at all levels To monitor and action daily call answer rates to ensure all service level agreement targets are met To support the Project Manager as required including carrying out further responsibilities during Project Manager Vacation or absence Accept other assignments as determined by the Project ManagerWho are we looking for? As our ideal candidate for the Warranty Prior Approval Team Leader role, you will preferably have supervisory experience with Dealer Workshop staff at a senior level or equivalent. Other Dealership positions considered particularly in warranty or workshop administration. Customer experience would be judged a significant advantage.
