Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner looking for your next fixed term contract role from March 2021 for a period of 6 months? We are proud to be partnering with one of Cambridge's leading businesses to support a period of change and transformation. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and forming part of a progressive and pro-active recruitment team, you will take the lead on managing your own vacancies working closely with your HR Business Partner to understand the requirements of your client group. About you? You will have previous recruitment experience gained from when you worked in-house, managing your own varied portfolio of vacancies ranging from head office to technical roles. Coaching your managers and employees will be second nature to you as you will be actively involved in providing recruitment advice and guidance managing the whole recruitment process from end to end. Managing change and navigating with ambiguity is key to this role as is working collaboratively with your stake holders and team. Why work here?
