The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker Nights within a supported living scheme to provide outstanding levels of integrated, person centred care that meets the needs, aspirations and ambitions of the people we support. This supported living scheme has been developed by ourselves and brings a modern, fresh and vibrant atmosphere. Being a Support Worker means that you play a vital role in making a difference to people's lives by supporting them to lead an active, enjoyable and independent life. The ideal candidate We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting older people and/or people with a learning difficulties/impairments to live a fulfilling and independent life. You will have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a flexible approach to the working hours (10pm to 7am) to meet the individual needs of the people we support, however we recognise that a work life balance is important so you will have one main place of work and you will be provided with a rolling rota that will be prepared well in advance. Experience of working within a caring/supporting environment is preferred but not essential as you will be provided with all of the training required.
