Chef de Partie

A Chef de Partie role is available at an established hotel located in South Lincolnshire. Role: The Head Chef of a fantastic hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 12 chefs working in the kitchens. The restaurant at the hotel offers a modern/classic brasserie restaurant with a wide choice of dishes. The restaurant currently holds 2 rosette, is pushing for 3 rosette and has an excellent reputation. This role offers great training opportunities where you will be trained up on all sections by this experienced Head Chef. All meals are prepared with fresh locally sourced produce and presented to a high standard. This is a great place for a chef de Partie to work, very busy and plenty of experience to be gained. Requirements: A Chef de Partie with a minimum 2 years experience, who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. A desire to learn and progress is also needed for this role.
