Logistics/Shipping Administrator Exciting opportunity to join our busy Operations Team Based initially from home, with the flexibility to potentially operate from an office in the Cambridge region, depending on Covid 19 restrictions and guidelines, you will be working for one of the leading timber agency companies in the UK Timber Industry. The successful candidate will be expected to grow into the role, following extensive training, and form an integral part of our growing business. The position will be a full time role, with hours flexible if required, but based around a normal working week Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm, and your duties will primarily be assisting the Shipping Department, providing an efficient and friendly customer service, processing import documentation, invoicing buyers and liaising with/instructing shipping lines, transport companies and customers alike. Some experience in logistics, including stock management and data entry, is essential, along with a good level of numeracy, and an understanding of IT and bespoke database systems.
