IT Infrastructure & Projects Analyst

Attwood Perks is proud to be working with a true leader in Ipswich who are going through a significant phase of technology evolution and are now looking for an ambitious IT Infrastructure & Projects Analyst to join their friendly team. As IT Infrastructure & Projects Analyst in this culture-lead organisation, you will part of a multi-disciplinary team of both project and change professionals and technical IT staff. This role will sit between the two where you will have the opportunity to scope out and deliver a mix of projects while maintaining and developing your technical skill set. It is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to be being made fully permanent at the end. The Day-to-Day: Scoping, implementing and transition of change projects throughout the business. Deliver customer and stakeholder management to all those with an interest in IT and business change projects. Research solutions through internal and external knowledge base as needed. Liaise with business, vendors and other IT personnel for the progression of IT change projects. Escalate issues with accurate documentation to suitable technical expert or vendor, when required. Record, track, and document the incident-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful choices made and actions taken, through to final deployment of change works. Create and maintain knowledge articles for use by technicians and customers. Provide suggestions for continual improvement. Analysis of change works to develop an organisational knowledge base. Analysis of performance and capacity trends to provide time-frame estimates. You will ideally have: Previous technical experience of deploying IT systems Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite in a large, enterprise environment Ability to organise own workload and work independently or as part of a team Ability to work across multiple business disciplines Good analytical and problem-solving skills Reliable and responsible Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated and directed Ability to build rapport and relationships with all levels of internal and external customers This role is ideally suited to an organised, decisive team player who has the ability to organise teams to deliver a project on time.
