Support Worker An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients team in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The role is for a Support Worker to work in a small learning disability service supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities. The service is located in the beautiful town of Bourne and is home to five ladies who require day to day support. The role involves moving and handling and personal care to support the tenants and as a Support Worker you would have a team at the service to guide and support you. The ideal candidate would have previous experience of working as a Support Worker in a similar setting. You would also be empathetic and be pro-active in your approach to providing support to the tenants in the service. Support Worker Requirements: Experience of providing care and/or support to vulnerable people. Possess excellent people skills. Have a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities. Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships Be able to demonstrate positive personal authority. Have great communication skills.
