We have an amazing opportunity for a professional Traineeship Development Coach specialising in Health & Social Care, responsible for the planning, delivery, and development of Traineeship Programme for 16-24-year-olds, which consists of Employability Skills, Functional Skills in Maths and English, and vocational short-courses. With an engaging and inspirational approach to coaching, you will effectively manage the classroom (currently delivered virtually) and learners, to ensure learners are making progress through the programme, against specific qualifications ensuring adequate support and stretching and challenging activities, whilst also supporting personal objectives such as confidence and career progression. You will need to have: Recognised Teaching qualification - PGCE, PTLL's, DTLL's or equivalent Health & Social Care to Level 3 Assessor qualification - CAVA, TAQA or equivalent Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering up to and including Level 2 Functional Skills Minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people aged 16-24 Have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and effective interpersonal skills Excellent ICT skills Be able to maintain data and MI system records Be able to engage and develop professional relationships with young people with potentially challenging barriers and from diverse backgrounds Be able to use presentation, computer and software applications or equipment effectively, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Be able to produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports Be able to work competently with the minimum of supervision.
