Job Title Senior Housing Officer Salary £32,000 - £33,000 Location Nottinghamshire Contract Type Permanent Interview dates 8th & 9th April Niyaa People are delighted to be working in partnership with a Local Government District in Nottinghamshire , to recruit for an Senior Housing Officer on a permanent basis, to grow there current team. Purpose of Job The Senior Housing Officer is responsible for the effective leadership and performance management of members of the Tenancy and Estates Team. The team is effective in developing and implementing co-ordinated systems, plans and procedures and that all parts of the tenancy and estates team work together productivity in pursuance to the Company's objectives. You will report directly into the Tenancy and Estate Manager, and be responsible for 2 Tenancy Officers and 1 Tenancy Assistant. The Role of Senior Housing Officer: Manage and be responsible for tenancy and estate management. To contribute to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of tenancy and estates strategies, policies and procedures. To contribute to the development of strategies and plans that set and guide the corporate direction of Newark and Sherwood Homes including the Delivery Plan and Business Plan. Uphold the Council's Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities Policy and other policies and procedures. Participate in the provision of emergency planning requirements of the Council.
