The Role: The work zone administrator is a busy and varied role, providing first class support to the company's customers and delivery team. Working alongside colleagues and stakeholders you will provide excellent customer service and will foster excellent working relationships. Whilst supporting the work zone administration team your duties will include accurate data entry onto various systems, populating programmes displaying all works, designing work zones on our in house system, the preparation of customer reports and other administration tasks. You will also liaise with other parts of the business, including working with the digital service leads to help deliver works efficiently and will also support our operations and hire team. The position is full time and based from our Head office in Bottesford. About You: A confident and organised individual, you are highly motivated, skilled at flexing diplomacy and can work well in a fast moving and high performing team. You possess strong customer service skills and are highly proficient and accurate, completing all work to the highest of standards. Resilient, determined and willing to "go the extra mile".
