Wellbeing Manager, UK&I

Please note, this role can be worked remotely (UK wide) due to ongoing work from home guidelines in place, however some attendance in the Nottingham office will be required in the future. Experian are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Wellbeing Manager to join our UK & Ireland Human Resources team This is a key role within the HR team and overall business, especially as you'll be supporting the wellbeing of our employees, and that is one most critical roles an employer can play We know how vital this role is for our business. You'll be partnering with our leaders, employees and HR team and will play a critical role in supporting an environment of inclusion, equality and belonging within our business. You will manage and grow the wellbeing programme across UK&I region, taking our approach to physical, mental and financial wellbeing to the next level. You will be a highly regarded and experienced wellbeing practitioner, who partners across the business and industry to drive a strategy which innovatively and effectively meets current and future wellbeing needs. What is the Wellbeing Manager responsible for? The Wellbeing Manager is responsible for defining the wellbeing strategy and managing its execution through effective BAU and project management. Measuring and tracking progress and engaging all internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Gather external insight to inform the wellbeing strategy and benchmark Experian's output against the external market Utilise internal data, from (for example) surveys, HR systems and third party data from benefits providers to assess the overall health, lifestyle and financial wellness of our employees and inform and deliver strategy Take an analytical approach to setting targets and measuring progress towards those goals Develop and execute a communications plan to engage and drive utilisation of wellbeing agenda. Act as an effective and passionate spokesperson, internally and externally Apply subject matter expertise to introduce topics and approaches to target and combat the wellness 'issues' Experian faces. Asses the business benefits of implementing each programme/activity to determine which topic to lead with and create supporting business cases, project scope, initiation documents and project plans Identify and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders including (but not limited to): Reward, HR Leadership Team, HRBPs, Employee Resource Groups, Employee People Forum, Business Area Heads, Executive Team and Third Party Providers Prepare, monitor and control budget in line with agreed business case. Nurture and enhance third party relationships, identifying and progressing new opportunities to enhance existing solutions and improve our wellbeing approach. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications We're looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of workplace wellbeing theory and application. You should be educated to at least degree level and it would be a bonus if you have occupational psychology or behavioural psychology knowledge or qualifications. Extensive experience of implementing and delivering workplace wellbeing strategies Established experience of managing multiple projects across multiple stakeholder groups Highly analytical - ability to navigate systems to collect, interpret and present data and recommendations Well-developed interpersonal skills used to influence internal and external stakeholders Well-developed communication skills and ability to successfully represent Experian and the wellbeing agenda internally and externally Well-developed decision making and critical thinking skills Strong commercial acumen Ability to build business cases and understand key business drivers Vendor management experience including contract negotiation Experience of managing employee benefits Experience of working in a complex, corporate environment Why Experian?
