HR Manager

HR Manager Photocentric Ltd based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and US is an award-winning manufacturer of Craft products, 3D printers and resins. With our uniquely different attitude to manufacturing photopolymer and 3D printing, our innovative company is rapidly growing and as a result we are now on the search for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. Responsibilities of our HR Manager include: - Develop strategies to deliver excellent employee experience and improved People Culture across the business - Provide advice and training where required on a range of employee relations issues - With the support of an HR Administrator to oversee the completion of accurate and timely HR administration - Deliver end to end case management for disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management - Facilitate communication initiatives, building employee voice and sharing company news to the wider business - Implement and manage recognition schemes - Coach and develop managers to deliver effective line management creating a culture of performance - Lead initiatives to improve people development and effective succession planning - Monitor and implement fair and consistent policies and processes, in line with Company requirements - Support Leadership development and facilitate the development of a high performing team - Support people managers to achieve appropriate structures and manage re-organisation and redundancy consultations as required - Facilitate annual appraisal and pay review programs - Ensure the organisation is compliant with all Training, Ethical and Legal requirements - Deliver the regular supply of HR KPI data - highlighting and responding to trends accordingly - Identify and deliver Continuous Improvement projects adding value to the business Experience and skills required for our HR Manager: - 5 years' minimum experience in a HR generalist position - Be able to deliver end to end case management for disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management - Ability to work independently and make decisions - Process driven and proven success of implementing change - Experience working in SME size companies preferred, ideally from a manufacturing background - Excellent working knowledge of Employment law - CIPD qualified If you would like to join our growing team and feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to become our HR Manager please click 'apply' now We would love to hear from you.
