Sales Support - Account Manager Photocentric Group is an award-winning manufacturer based in Peterborough, UK, and in Phoenix, AZ, US. We are innovators of 3D printers, resin, and worldwide leaders of craft stamp manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Support - Account Manager to provide full administration support to the sales team and to create long-term trusting relationships with our customers in the UK and internationally. This role could suit a fresh graduate who is commercially minded with strong communication skills or someone with a customer services/sales administration background. Key responsibilities of our Sales Support - Account Manager include: - Account management of existing "house" accounts in providing first-class customer services to ensure all orders are met - Forecasting and tracking house accounts to identify lapsed customers and new business opportunities among existing customers - Progress chasing of current orders and queries and keeping customers informed of estimated delivery dates ensuring the best possible customer experience is maintained - Ensuring all sales orders and samples are processed effectively and within set agreed timeframe - Providing general administration support to the sales team to ease their workload - Striving for continual improvement and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed - Assisting on occasions with dispatch, export documentation, shipping, inputting sales orders when necessary or in the absence of staff - Producing reports with the understanding of budgets and targets - Managing and coordinating flights and hotels for international travel - Assisting with the organisation of UK and International exhibitions - Keeping abreast of the market and competitors Skills and Experience required of our Sales Support - Account Manager : - A proven track record of office administration experience and customer service, ideally from an export manufacturing background - An excellent communicator and a team player who is willing to carry out all tasks to meet deadlines - Aptitude and willingness to develop a good knowledge and understanding of our product range, market and competitors - Negotiation skills and a problem solver - Excellent written and spoken English is essential with the ability to write business emails with attention to detail - Ability to work both independently and as a team player focused upon the delivery of quality and customer satisfaction - Ideally experience in export, dispatch and shipping documentation would be useful - Knowledge of using Oracle or an ERP would be beneficial If you would like to join our growing team and feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to become our Sales Support - Account Manager please click 'apply' now We would love to hear from you.
