JOB PURPOSE The Digital Marketing Executive reports into the Global Head of Marketing and is responsible for the ongoing improvement of the digital and online platforms and contributing to the strategic vision which support and drive sales and marketing activities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the strategy and drive execution of digital marketing channels. Plan, design and implement global and regional digital marketing campaigns, using web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, videos, and display advertising to sustain, engage and grow our global audience. Manage the marketing automation between the website, CRM and marketing tools. Optimise our online presence and website using SEO/SEM, PPC and social media. Create visual content in-line with the brand guidelines for use on digital platforms. Set up and lead the promotion and running of webinars, using GoToWebinar. Improve the quality and method of data captured before they are assigned to the sales team. Map customer touch points and lead score to prioritise sales follow up. Write and edit copy for a variety of digital platforms, liaising with stakeholders to ensure the content is factually correct. Storyboard, script and create short videos for online promotion. Support online/virtual events with landing pages, emails, social posts, etc. Manage our website content using our bespoke CMS platform (built on Django) Manage our social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter), scheduling regular content. Deliver comprehensive analytics reports/dashboards and recommend optimising strategies to achieve goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify audience trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights. Regularly evaluate emerging technologies and digital methods to determine if they can improve our digital marketing. Provide training to others in the business so they can use digital tools such as GoToWebinar and the CRM (SalesForce). Collaborate with agencies and partners. Be an integral part of the Marketing team. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Formal Education University degree(s) in Marketing or related field. CIM in digital marketing or equivalent digital marketing qualification. Knowledge and Experience Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the telecoms industry. Experience managing website CMS platforms and optimising performance using SEO/SEM. Experience using marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot. Ability to set up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Skill-set and experience using digital marketing tools to create and schedule emails, social media posts and online advertising campaigns (HubSpot, GoogleAds, LinkedIn). Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.) Proficient in using Adobe creative software (PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator). Experience using editing software for video creation. Personal Attributes Excellent collaborative skills and the confidence to brainstorm with multiple teams and industry contacts. Willingness to learn about the industry, products, and services. Attention to detail when creating content and maintaining the CRM and marketing database. Ability to work with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines.
