The Role: The Hire Stock Manager is a busy and varied role, managing the hire operations team to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the warehouse. You will be accountable for all stock, maximising and monitoring utilisation. Your role will include; ensuring all hires are booked onto the hire management software, managing warehouse stock levels, leading your team by example and conducting audits at both HRS and customer sites. You will also ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest of standards and it is readily available to meet customer requirements. Also, under your remit will be liaising with other parts of the business, including finance and commercial to assist in the production of cost reports. Communication is also key, as you will be required to create, maintain and foster relationships with new and existing customers. The position is full time and based from our Head office in Bottesford. However, you will be expected to travel nationwide as and when required. About You: A confident and organised individual, you are highly motivated and work well within a fast moving and high performing team. You possess strong customer service skills and lead your team by example, ensuring all targets are met. Creating and maintaining strong and successful working relationships come naturally. You are resilient, determined and willing to "go the extra mile". Skills & Attributes Basic commercial understanding Proficient in the use of a PC, the Microsoft Office suite of software and ability to work with other business management systems An open mind to new innovations and their application within the digital world An ability to network and create new business relationships Experience managing a team/ supervising Excellent communicator and confident in presenting to groups of people An ability to work within a high performing, fasting moving team Highly motivated and able to identify and follow your own potential business leads Full UK driving licence To register your interest in the immediate term, please click apply.
