Customer Services Executive Nottingham Permanent, full time We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Nottingham based team. This is a great opportunity for somebody to advance their administration skills with the potential of cross-skilling over multiple teams. The role We are looking for somebody with excellent customer service skills to support our clients and customers throughout our employment screening journey. You will be responsible for conducting a number of the component parts of the employment screening and this could include contacting clients, candidates and referees by telephone and email to gain required information and by making accurate decisions with the assistance of problem solving in order for the correct decisioning to be made.
