Support Worker

New Opportunity New Supported Living Service This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at our new service which is opening soon in Sudbury, and we are actively looking for recruit Support Workers for our new Supported Living Bungalows in Sudbury. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who have complex and challenging needs, supporting them while promoting their independence and encouraging access into the community. You will be assisting/encouraging them to go about their daily tasks, this can include assisting with shopping trips, attending college, cleaning etc. No two days are the same and the support you provide, makes a huge difference to the individuals we support, helping them to live full and happy lives. We are therefore looking for individuals with a kind and caring nature, who can engage with people at all levels. You will need be to demonstrate the level of patience required to be successful in this role.
