Purchase Administrator/ Production Planner

A full time purchase administrator / production planner is required for immediate start based in Corby. A commercially minded individual who will work as a key link between the sales and production departments within a busy IT reseller / manufacturer. The applicant should be numerate with good spreadsheet skills, specifically Microsoft Excel. The role involves sourcing and pricing components for the production team to fulfil orders. The supplier base is diverse and worldwide ranging from small individual suppliers to global multinationals so both internal and external communication skills are a requisite. A general awareness of IT products and terminology is helpful but product training will be provided. Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A competitive salary and bonus scheme is on offer along with pension. ( Salary range £22 to £30k pa)
