We are currently recruiting for Regional Resource Planners to support the team with scheduling all customer requests for engineer visits within their region; managing diaries, customer expectations and requirements, and ensuring all service level agreements are met. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, to work collaboratively to manage daily, weekly and monthly schedules for our Field Engineering Teams. Arrange customer visits for the Field Engineering team within your region, managing their diaries in the most efficient manner Ensure completion of daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) Ensure all customer queries relating to field visits are dealt with in a timely manner Action all engineer queries around visits that have been planned to them Complete daily Follow Ups Action all emails received in mail box Request any parts for visits that the planner has arranged Support the wider Field Engineering Scheduling Team What we're looking for? Demonstrable experience managing resource plans; capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management Previous experience in a customer facing or resource planning role Experience working to targets and deadlines, and able to prioritise your own workload Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills Highly self-motivated and able to work to own initiative and as part of a team Excellent negotiation and mediation skills, creative problem solver Calm under pressure and can handle fast paced environments Team collaborator Desirable Experience of using Google maps would be highly advantageous Why Microlise?
