Founded in 1936 and with a network of over 600 branches nationwide, the Group combines residential sales and lettings expertise with a range of services including new homes, mortgage services, surveying, conveyancing and more We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Site Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at our fantastic site in Haverhill. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manages sales generation by utilising development marketing materials, local resources and local branch relationships. Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience. Maintain buyer interest by effectively using listening and negotiating skills when confronted with challenging situations and counter with specific alternatives. Ensure fair and consistent treatment by effectively solving problems when they occur. Guarantee a realistic, but satisfactory homebuilding experience for the homebuyer by proactively communicating with the customer during the entire homebuilding process. About you: Must have previous onsite new home sales experience with a builder/developer or a sales background in estate agency Outstanding sales consulting and closing abilities. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Keen eye for details. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products. What's in it for you?
