Experience isn't essential - you just need a natural calling to care Your role As one of our valued Complex Care Assistants, you'll be more than a Carer for your client; you'll be his/her dedicated companion, friend and biggest supporter. You'll help him/her with all aspects of daily life. From personal and medical care to shopping, meal preparation and everyday household chores, no task is too big or too small.
