As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working alongside a successful and talented Talent acquisition team tasked with the below duties. Duties but not limited to Booking candidates for assessment centres Support the delivery of assessment Centres Prepare and navigate candidates through the onboarding paperwork Oversee recruitment over social media pages Update internal vacancy boards Arrange and conduct some telephone interviews The ideal candidate will have some exposure to HR or Recruitment processes and have at least 12 months of administration experience. There will be an expectation that you will need to travel to other sites; therefore, the use of a vehicle is highly advantageous.
