Bids Manager - Legal

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE We are working with a national law firm with specialisms across the commercial, public, health and insurance sectors. This role with be responsible for managing and developing the bid process, ensuring bids are on strategy and coaching partners to achieve success. ROLE DESCRIPTION Producing high quality, innovative and successful bid responses Working with business development team and lawyers to ensure that bids are needs focussed, commercial and compliant Collecting and sharing market intelligence, analysing feedback and improving bid content Working with L & D to deliver pitch presentation training across the business Obtaining tender feedback details and working with the BD team to identify themes Working with the BD team, looking at marketing collateral SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience of bids and tenders gained within a legal setting is required Project management skills and ability to work well under pressure Extensive knowledge of scoping, pitching and coaching for presentations Flexible approach Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
